Confidential services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. The confidentiality of callers is our highest priority. Callers will remain anonymous, unless they pose a threat to themselves or others.
Duty-to-Warn Legal Obligation
- If caller indicates he/she is a threat to himself/herself or others, we will provide immediate, actionable and identifying information to appropriate local first responders.
- Staff remains on the line (phone, chat or video-conferencing) until first responder arrives.
- Staff will notify appropriate chain of command, as applicable.
